Experienced artists and a varied machine park allow us to meet all your high-end production demands. We treat your orders with continuous concern for quality and respect of deadlines; our operation allows us to produce a few tens to several thousand parts per model. If necessary, depending on the volumes and deadlines, our subsidiary in Italy allows us to entrust all or part of the knitting, to knitting companies located in Italy; in this case, our quality control contractors follow the operations on site, and each part is then checked in our workshops in Port-Brillet, Mayenne (53) before delivery to the final customer.
We offer all types of knitting: jersey, ribs, jacquard, floating yarns, fully fashion, intarsia, multigauge, seamless knitted integral garments, etc. We have a varied fleet of STOLL and SHIMA SEIKI straight knitting machines from gauge 3 to 18 with multigauge and integral abilities.
After knitting, we can wash or treat the knit panels; we are equipped with recent machines that adapt to the knit and material for optimal hand feel and hold. Each fiber has its own treatment: water, steam, or dry cleaning.
